 * unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/wp000717/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-

 * I rename the folder, gain access to the admin panel and deactivated the plugin.
   Later I raneme the folder back and tryed to activate it again, only to get the
   following on the plugin manager screen:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/wp000717/public_html/

 * Hi [@nhhsm](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nhhsm/),
 * Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your time.
 * Could I ask you to confirm what version of PHP your site is running on?
 * This would be a great help in identifying the issue. If you are unsure, you can
   obtain this information from your host.

 * Hey
    Interesting I began an installation an hour or two ago, and I am experiencing
   the exact same issue.
 * Wordpress 4.9.1
    Theme: Kale Pro PHP 5.6.30
 * I commented out the function in question, see below, and was able to activate,
   but clearly not ideal
 *     ```
       /* plugin deactivation checks */
        include ( "lib/codecabin/deactivate-feedback-form.php" );
        add_filter('codecabin_deactivate_feedback_form_plugins', function($plugins) {
           global $wpgmza_version;
           $plugins[] = (object)array(
               'slug'      => 'wp-google-maps',
               'version'   => WPGMAPS
           );

           return $plugins;
       });
       ```
 * Hi! Sorry for the delay.
 * The server I’m currently hosting the site in uses PHP 5.6, this is the newest
   PHP that it has available (the other one being 5.5.1).
 * Hi there! I downloaded the update and was able to activate it again. It seems
   to be working just fine, but this message was displayed on the plugin manager
   screen when I reactivated WP Google maps:
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpgmaps_deactivation_survey_t() (previously declared
   in /home/wp000717/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-maps/wpGoogleMaps.
   php:363) in /home/wp000717/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-maps/wpGoogleMaps.
