 * How To Fix this issue?
 * When i upload the fresh default-filters.php file from wordpress download. Site
   is working.
 * After some hours the same error coming up. Some time parse error on Index.php[
   Home Page], wp-includes/default-filters.php, and sometime wp-admin/login.php
 * How To This Issue Permanently. Please Help.

 * Parse errors that keep recurring can be a sign of hacking. Compare the file listed
   in the error with a fresh copy and see if you can spot any weird code additions.

 * If files are altered automatically then there is some backdoor in your web site(
   possibly your FTP password is compromised). You should ask your host to check
   FTP and web site logs to find the root cause.
