 * Please help me!!!! I have a wordpress blog using the scrappy theme and being
   hosted by godaddy. It’s [http://www.mdmommy.com](http://www.mdmommy.com) A friend
   was helping me make some adjustments to the site when we got the below error.
   I cant seem to log back in to address the issue. What am I supposed to do? I
   assume re installing the theme will fix things but how can I get in to do that?

   The error reads as follows: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in/
   home/content/57/8980557/html/wp-content/themes/scrappy/functions.php on line
   184

 * If you can access the site via [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   you can replace the functions.php file with a fresh copy, or delete and replace
   the entire theme folder.
 * If you can’t access FTP, you’ll probably have to contact GoDaddy to get in.

 * hmmm. now it says
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_query_template() (previously
   declared in /home/content/57/8980557/html/wp-includes/theme.php:745) in /home/

 * Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s
   folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name
   using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management
   application your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder – from
   a **fresh** download of WordPress.
 * – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

 * debmayblum,
 * It looks like the site is up and you were given great suggestions.
 * Let me know if you are still having any additional issues.
