Hello! The other day I attempted adding meta tags for google searches into my website and somehow ruined the website itself. Now, when trying to go to my site, or login through WordPress admin, it says this:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /homepages/14/d415934974/htdocs/wp-content/themes/anthology_v145/functions/meta.php on line 163

Unfortunately, filezilla won’t let me sign into the website data either, so I have no way of taking out ‘<‘ as it were.

    This is my website: http://gracerainerlong.com

Please let me know what I should do!

    Thanks!

    Grace

  • FTP access does not use the same info as your WP login – so ask your hosting company for help with the FTP info you need to use.

I use the correct FTP info in Filezilla – it is the same information I used prior to this mishap and it worked then. But it does not work now.

    Thanks.

Then you need to ask your hosts about it – sounds like something may be going on with the server if you can’t access via FTP.
