    • Hmm, would you mind sending us a screenshot of your NS Sheets settings page and a screenshot of your test spreadsheet so we can check out what you’re seeing there and maybe reproduce the problem.

    • Also, would you check out the Debug log in the settings and send that our way?

    • But to quickly, troubleshoot, I want to make sure of all of the following:

    1. You’ve got your Contact Form 7 set up with (for example):

    your-name

    2. You’ve authorized Google Drive to access your installation and input your access code in the NS Sheets page.

    3. You created a new spreadsheet in Google Drive with the columns from above.

AND called the entire spreadsheet what you input in the settings page of NS Sheets

AND called the main sheet’s tab what you input in the settings page of NS Sheets

Does all of that sound about right? 🙂

    Hi!

    I have the same problem.

The problem happens when I click “save settings”.

Do either of you guys have anything in your ‘debug log’ in the settings page?

I’m thinking the problem could be related to PHP version given that our plugin requires PHP v > 5.3 – would you mind checking your PHP versions and letting us know? 🙂

    Yes… you’re right… php 5.2 running.

I will ask my server service to update it.

    Thank you!
