 * When I try to view my website I get this message:
    Parse error: syntax error,
   unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/easys18/public_html/promotehealthylife/wp-includes/default-
   filters.php on line 231
 * I contacted my hosting support and they said this:
 * Your WordPress installations appear to have been exploited.
 * If you check the code in the following pages you will see the injected code;
 * /public_html/promotehealthylife/index.php
 * /public_html/promotehealthylife/index.php
 * In checking further it appears that both are older, outdated versions (you are
   running version 2.8.6 and the latest version is 2.9).
 * You need to update these to the latest version.
 * However I can’t log in to my WP account area. How am I supposed to update if
   I can’t log in? What else can I do?
