I have the host as my wordpress domain, the username works, but the password does not. I am completely new to this and I have no idea what I’m doing. I just know that I crashed my website all because I was coding CSS and added an extra “.” where it wasn’t supposed to be. * Please help!! I really don’t know what else to do! You will need to ask, whoever bought the hosting/ for FTP/Hosting credentials. It could be your IT team (if there’s any) or maybe your boss. It’s easy to fix but you can’t do anything without your FTP, unfortunately.
