# Parse Syntax Error and FileZilla?

 * Can anyone walk me through how to log into Filezilla? I have the host as my wordpress
   domain, the username works, but the password does not. I am completely new to
   this and I have no idea what I’m doing. I just know that I crashed my website
   all because I was coding CSS and added an extra “.” where it wasn’t supposed 
   to be.
 * Please help!! I really don’t know what else to do!

   call them and tell them how lost i am?

 * You can call them. Some require logging in to call the support. There you will
   be asked to provide the info. You can tell them that there’s a fatal error, and
   you need FTP credentials for that. You can also point them to this thread if 
   you want as we’ve already discussed what’s there to fix. 🙂

 * Good news, found the correct host after hours of searching! Now I am waiting 
   on the FTP Details to be sent to me (it’s complicated) and then I will proceed
   to head into the sidebar-init.php to replace the broken code with the backup 
   code that I have!!
