 * For the first one, did you change something in that functions.php file? You should
   not be making changes to the default theme except in a child theme – [http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes](http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes).
 * But to fix the error, you can download a new copy of the theme to your local 
   computer from here:
 * [http://wordpress.org/support/theme/twentythirteen](http://wordpress.org/support/theme/twentythirteen)
 * Then using FTP or other file manager your host provides, replace that file – 
   find it here:
 *     ```
       wp-content
            themes
                twentythirteen
                     functions.php - REPLACE THIS FILE
       ```
