 * how can i fix “parsererror Status: ‘OK’. Error code: 200” error, its happening
   when i edit a row.
 * i am using custom fields formatting :

 * I was getting this error when my sql-db did not reflect what was being input.
 * I was getting it alot when my column was varchar (3) and I input a string of 
   4 or more. you may need to extend the number of allowed characters or adjust 
   the data type.
 * some other threads for jqgrid suggest it is a json issue but you may try this
   first. I was able to resolve my issue without touching json
 * just check your db and be sure you are filling in the collumns correctly
