    We have successfully done some refunds and it appears that when we do 100% of purchase, the refund will go through. However, we have had some needs for partial refunds and we are getting an API error message. We use only PayPal payment option.

    Hi @jgjh151,

    There has been an issue with partial refunds when refunding less than half the total but this usually wouldn’t result in an error.
    Could you please enable Logging in the plugin settings and then again try to issue a refund?
    The plugin log file should then contain some more details about the error from the API.
