Pass word uber-fail

my user name and pass word fail.
The password I have saved is not working. I requested the new password and msg says check your mail for the new pass word. Instead they sent a link (not a password) and the link goes to the Log In page! right where I started. I am locked out and can’t even contact these guys
Anyone know how to fix this? I am totally new to this.
