# Password Entry Problem

 * When I try to reset my password, my inbox is flooded with spam. I was able to
   get into the “Administration” portion of my site the first time I reset the password,
   but now I am not able to get in it at all.
 * Though I marked 3.9 as my WordPress Version, I’m not sure that’s the one I have
   because of the inability to access the “Administration” portion.
