# Password Help

 * I was installing WordPress on [http://www.reachtothesky.com](http://www.reachtothesky.com).
   After typing in the title my computer froze up and I had to restart. When I go
   to [http://www.reachtothesky.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.reachtothesky.com/wp-admin/install.php)
   it says that it is already installed. The problem I am having is that I don’t
   have a password and when I try to retrieve it – it says ‘Sorry, that user does
   not seem to exist in our database. Perhaps you have the wrong username or e-mail
   address?’ How do I fix this?

 * You can always delete and re-install if you haven’t already filled up your database.
   Which, I guess you wouldn’t have, if you were just installing it for the first
   time.

 * Or if you have access to phpmyadmin, you can access the database, and check the
   wp-users table to change the username/password.
