# Password Problem

 * The admin panel does not accept my password, and when I request one to my email,
   I didn’t get anything.
 * I can login my admin panel using Clef app, and set a new password from profile.
   However, it still does not accept that password.
 * How can I recover it?

 * Are you sure your email is correct on your admin user?
 * Did you check your spam?
 * (You can change the password by accessing the database via a tool like phpMyAdmin
   too but you should know what you are doing)
