Password Reset Email

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with the password reset functionality provided by your Ultimate Member plugin on my WordPress site.

The Problem:

• When a user initiates the password reset process (by clicking the “Forgot Password” link).
• They receive the initial password reset email, which contains a link.
• However, when the user clicks on the password reset link in the email, it directs them back to the original password recovery page which displays the message: “To reset your password, please enter your email address or username below.”
• After entering the email/username again on this page and submitting, they receive a second email.
• Clicking the link in this second email also results in being redirected back to the same recovery page, creating an endless loop.

The password reset process is not progressing to the step where the user can actually enter a new password. It keeps looping back to the “enter email/username” step.
