# Password Reset Error message

 * Users using the Password Reset receive this message on the Password Reset page
   after clicking the URL in the Password Reset email.
 * “The link you followed may be broken. Please check that you used the right reset
   link or request a new one.”

   users? Can you recreate on the site? This might be down to cookies not being 
   enabled on their browser. Does your site allow access to wp-login.php? If so,
   can they reset using the native WordPress reset password flow from there?

 * Hi [@wpusermanager](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wpusermanager/) We had
   one person email us about it, then we had 3 people try to reset their password
   with the same results in multiple browsers. Access to wp-login.php is open, and
   the native WP reset works as well since we had to disabled the password reset
   template in the plugin.

   page caching plugin or does your host have caching enabled? If so you will need
   to (get them to) exclude the password reset page you have configured in Users
   > Settings > General as the ‘Password Recovery Page’
