• A user brought to my attention yesterday that the password reset wasn’t sending the reset email. When I tested it I also found that when requesting a password reset via the woo commerce page for lost password I would be taken not to the woo commerce confirmation page but to the standard wordpress confirmation page. So I started doing the disable plug-in thing on at a time and here’s what I’ve done and determined. Unfortunately it’s a multi-plug in issue.
    This morning I started to disable plug-in’s one at a time.
    And when got to Woo commerce disabled both woo colors and core woo commerce, but with no change.
    Then the next on the list was wishlist member. When I disabled wishlist member and when I disabled it, suddenly instead of being taken to the standard wordpress confirmation page I got the woo commrerce “check your email” confirmation page. However I didn’t get the message still.
    So the next step was to disable both Wishlist and Woo Commerce and Woo Colors and lo and behold I received the reset email. So given that this is a multi-plugin issue I’m also logging this ticket with Wishlist. Maybe you two can get together and work things out. Else I’m a user stuck between a rock and a hardplace.
    Any other guidance would be appreciated.
