# password reset problem

 * Good morning staff,
    I am writing to ask for your assistance regarding a problem
   with reset password.
 * If I use the link “lost password” a window asks me to enter my email then I click
   on “reset password”.
    I receive a link on my mailbox which will allow me to change
   the password. This link opens a login window instead of opening the change password
   window. If I copy and paste this link into the browser, it opens the correct 
   window.
 * If you would like us to create an administrator account for you, please do not
   hesitate to ask us.
