# Password Reset Synchronization

    Fantastic plugin that does what it should do. It’s simple yet 
   perfect. Thank you.
 * I have a problem/question regarding the synchronization of passwords.
    All settings
   work fine, users are created across 3 domains/websites and can be changed/ deleted
   equally synchronized. When I (the customer) wants to reset my password, it doesn’t
   sync and in the log gives me this error: Alert – “Password” action is not activated.
   Which doesn’t make sense since it is activated. Tried to untik and tik – save.
   Still no change. Could you perhaps have a look at your code and perhaps give 
   some more insight on how the password reset method works? Thank you in advance.

 * I checked your website – I see it’s using WooCommerce, and the reset password
   form is the WooCommerce form.
    I tested in my environment: although I did not
   get the log you describe, I did notice the password not getting synced. Looking
   at WooCommerce code, it only calls `password_reset` action before password reset
   but doesn’t call `after_password_reset` action after password reset (and it very
   much should!). This is a typical integration case as described on the main plugin
   page. Feel free to raise an integration request through proper channels ; I’ll
   mark the topic as resolved because further discussion is out of the scope of 
   this forum.
