Is there a tweak in tinyMCE Advanced where we can have the Paste as Plain text be turned on by default?

I found a plugin called: “TinyMCE Paste in Plain Text by Default” but it’s not working and haven’t heard back from their support forum.

Thoughts? Thanks.

There is a setting to turn this on: http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Configuration:paste_as_text. To easily add it to the TinyMCE init, you can use something like http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/advanced-tinymce-configuration/.

Dear all,
may I ask for further support. I am not able to find where in the code I have to add the suggested rows:
tinymce.init({
paste_as_text: true
});

Can you please specify?

After you have installed the Advanced TinyMCE Settings plugin go to:
Settings >>>> TinyMCE Config

In “Option name” field put in: paste_as_text
In “Value” field put in: true
