 * I asked this a couple of weeks ago and didn’t get much of a response so I’m going
to try again. I have been copy-and-pasting Excel spreadsheets into my WordPress
documents for years, it has always left them perfectly formatted. About the time
of the switch to 4.4.2, it suddenly stopped working, I am now getting just a
jumble of text, no longer the formatted text that I was getting.
 * Nothing has changed except the switch to 4.4.2. I have tried reloading WP. I
thought about using the Embed Any Document plugin but it doesn’t give me just
the text, it gives me the whole Excel document, complete with row and column
headers, which I don’t want. I have tried pasting from multiple computers. I
have tried pasting from multiple browsers. I’ve tried using Excel 2013 and 2010,
thinking that might make a difference but it didn’t. So far, everything I’ve
   tried has failed.
 * What can I do to resolve this? Thanks for any suggestions at all.
