I wrote an e-mail but unfortunately no one replied to it. After a few days, I sent the message again. Unfortunately, no one has replied to her in the meantime.
I’m really sorry that you had difficulties with getting in touch with us by email. If you wrote to us from an email address setup on your custom domain, there might be deliverability problems due to SPAM checks.
