    Hi there,

    We offer remote STD testing. A topic most of us do not want to see on their bank account 🙂

    We would like to adjust the payment description. Now this is shown: Order # Name
    Our wish is to adjust this to only: Order #

    I have no clue where this description is constructed. Could you help us out?

    Hi there,

    A great deal depends on the payment gateway that you’re using; If you’re using Stripe, you can set that under **WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Statement Descriptor** 🙂

    Thanks. We will ask our PSP for help. We do not have this description field as Stripe has unfortunately.
