# Payment error

 * added plugin ok.
 * enabled test and entered
    pj-ql-01 for merchant ID and pj-ql-01p for merchant
   passcode
 * there are no settings for API
 * i’ve also tried using our real merchant id and the password for the account.
 * using the provided test credit card, always get the result “payment error:”

 * I need help. Every time my clients try and pay, once entering all their info 
   and credit card details, this error message comes up:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined method WooCommerce::add_error() in /home1/vfranz/
   public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-beanstream-payment-gateway/woocommerce-
   gateway-beanstream.php on line 345

 * Yes i have fixed it on the website. I have change the code of plugin according
   the woocommerce version may be you have used woocommerce new version. This error
   solved by changing the woocommerce new message functions.

 * You will need to customize the plugin file and replace the function add_error()
   to wc_add_notice( ‘**‘ . $btn[‘label’] . ‘** ‘ . __( ‘is a required field.’, ‘
   woocommerce’ ), ‘error’ ); and then check problem will be resolved. if not i 
   can do it for you contact on wptricksbook.com via contact request form.
