 * The API key is correct
 * Has anyone ever experienced this? How can i fix it?

 * I discovered the problem, they don’t respond but after debugging a lot I found
   the problem.
 * If your website/server is hosted in the USA, this is the problem.
 * Change the website server to EUROPE or south american and this will solve the
   problem.
 * I also solved some bugs in the code
