 * I am getting the following error with some payments. I am based in the Uk selling
   to the USA:
 * Card_Declined: Your card does not support this type of purchase
 * Can you shed any light on this problem please?

 * That error means that that specific card isn’t allowed to do a purchase like 
   that. It may be blocked at the bank.
