Payment Failed

A couple of customers have tried to purchase a ticket of our website using a halifax debit card on their iphone. They are getting the following message. We weren’t able to add this card. Check all the details are correct and try again or try a different card. Their details are correct. Also after one of your updates my advanced card processing has stopped working. No matter what i try it just shows the paypal button instead of the advanced card processing fields.
