Hello,

I am looking to integrate my bank’s payment gateway system in my site. After installing plug in everything works successfully but no payment is processed. We get error as following, after a while.

Sorry, This transaction might not be completed.
Please check the status of your transaction with merchant or card issuer bank before placing another order. (ER999)

Typically banks have a processor. I’m not sure where you are. What state slash country but most banks have a partner that processes the cards online.

For instances let’s say your bank is Bank of America, they’re going to have someone like First Data as their online global gateway processor. Chase too. Some banks have their own in-house but that gets even more complicated.

So what is the bank you are currently using? Let’s start there.

@chitrag135 – added to that, which payment gateway are you trying to use for that? It sounds to me as if this issue isn’t related to WooCommerce core, but the payment integration you’re using.

My bank is using 2c2p.com payment processor.

Everything works successfully. after a while we get error as follows

Thanks @chitrag135 – 2c2p is not a part of WooCommerce core and this is not the right spot to get help for this.

I have seen this payment provider lists WooCommerce here: https://developer.2c2p.com/docs/woocommerce – I would advise you to reach out to them there to get help.

Given that this thread is not related to WooCommerce core, I’m marking this as resolved. All the best with finding help for this!

I think that plug in has worked. Since, I got notice from bank that payment is received. Only it should be thank you redirection page is missing. How can I add this page using woo commerce ?

Hey @chitrag135 if the plugin is working as it should, it should have the redirect page included in that. Given that this is not a plugin developed by us, I would suggest contacting the developer on that (and that seems to be 2c2p). They should be able to help you out.
