 * If I select the checkbox saying “**Do not insert payment instructions into the[
   edd_receipt] shortcode.**” in EDD > SETTINGS > Payments > MCC
 * then on checkout page the payment instructions do not appear , so is there a 
   way of making them appear on a page by entering a shortcode ? so that I can customize
   the layout a bit

   is based on the receipt.
