 * As a first step, you can check with the customer to see if the issue persists.
 * You can enable the **Debug Mode**: Put this setting to _Save to Log_, this will
   allow you to capture errors while checking the issue (Be sure to disable it once
   this is sorted).

 * Then if the issue is present again, check the Braintree log that is under **WooCommerce
   > Status > Logs** and share the log here for us to take a closer look.
