 * I want to use this plugin without payment method, just to send me on email placed
   orders. But when I want to place the order I can not continue if I don’t choose
   payment method: “There is no payment method available for your location.” Is 
   there a way to remove this option and just to use plugin as I described?

 * You can use the built in in pay on delivery method.
    That method will let the
   user complete the checkout without actual payment to be needed.

    i have trouble with Payment method, when i was create payment method,
   i got error message like this
