 * Hi Matthias,
 * is there a way (without modifying the plugin) to define the order of the payment
   icons? We’re seeing them in the order Mastercard->SEPA->VISA, which seems to 
   make no sense.
 * Being able to hide the payment icons completely would also solve this issue for
   us.

 * label[for=payment_method_paymill]
    { display:none; }
