 * Hi, what payment methods plugin uses to purchase memberships?
 * Does it payment setup in woocommerce?
 * Also I have COD and Stripe enabled in woocommerce but in checkout I get “Sorry,
   it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact
   us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” Is there
   something special I need to enable?
