 * Is it possible to configure other payment methods rather than paypal for this
   plugin?

 * Sorry for delayed reply. It is not possible without custom coding. I would recommend
   that since you are looking for additional payment method then WooCommerce provides
   them and recently we have launched [New WooCommerce based Auction plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-woocommerce-auction/)
   which works with WooCommerce. This should keep you going.

 * I set “Allow users to bid” as “Without log in as well”, but “Pay now” requires
   registration or login.
 * I set “Enable Payment Options” as “Wire transfer” only, but “Pay now” redirects
   to PayPal.
