    I received the feedback from the client that his donation did not go through. He wanted to test the form (not in the sandbox mode) and it did not work. I guess he had typed in his credit card information and it told him that it is invalid.

    I went in and tried it in the sandbox mode and it did seem to have issues registering my credit card information. After I typed it in multiple times, it eventually did go through, though.

    Do you know why it is doing that? Does it have to do with PayPal? Is there anything that I could do to make the process smoother than it is now?

    Do you know what version of Seamless Donations you client is using? If he’s using something before 4.0.6, that could be your issue. Payment reliability was increased SUBSTANTIALLY in 4.0.6 and beyond.

    If he’s using 4.0.7 or 4.0.8, the best thing to do is post or send the data from the log tab (or look at it yourself). That will tell us exactly what the system is doing when trying to send payment data to PayPal.

    And yes, sometimes, it’s PayPal.
