# Payment processing failed. Please retry.

 * I continuously run into an error when I bu going through our payment process.
 * When I enter all my information on site.com/checkout/ and click ‘continue to 
   payment’ I go to
 * site.com/checkout/order-pay/xxxx/?key=wc_order_xxxxxxxxxxx
 * Then I click ‘Place order’ and I get the message: Payment processing failed. 
   Please retry.
 * I have asked my theme developer to look into this problem. He said from WP/PHP
   side everything is setup correctly.
 * In the log we see this:
 * ====Stripe Version: 4.1.14====
    ====Start Log==== Error: stdClass Object ( [token_id]
   => [customer] => [source] => [source_object] => )
 * Obviously I have installed SSL, I have Stripe in Test (viewing test data), I 
   have reset my test keys in Stripe and added them to my site. I have also disable
   all plugins that are not reuired by the theme.
 * Can someone assist?

 * Also, could you double check that you’re using the correct test API keys if you’re
   in test mode – please ensure that you’ve entered the correct public and private
   keys.
