September Payment Renewal: In September, despite having approximately 700 users scheduled for renewal, only 356 payments were successfully processed. This has left us with a significant number of missing payments. Is there any way I can initiate a bulk processing of these missing payments to rectify the situation promptly?
October Payment Renewal: For the current month of October, we have observed a major discrepancy in the renewal payment processing. Typically, we process around 100 payments on the 1st of each month. However, this month, only a single renewal payment has been processed, indicating a substantial failure in our renewal system. This problem was first noticed on September 17th.
Our system is currently running on version 2.10.2
