# Payment Required

 * Hello,
    yesterday I installed wordpress 3.9, properly configured wp-config.php,
   Wp installed correctly, I could create the administrator account. When I tried
   to enter for the first time, I find the following error, can anyone help me?
 * (The error_log in the server is empty)

   Payment Required
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator at [root@server.dns-principal-9.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/payment-required/root@server.dns-principal-9.com?output_format=md)
   to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed
   just before this error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.

 * That error notice is not coming from WordPress (which is 100% free) but from 
   your hosts’ server. You need to contact them about it.
