# Payment stuck “processing”

 * I have set the plugin up and it works flawlessly with the test API keys. However,
   when I try to process a real payment it gets stuck on the “processing” screen.
 * How can I fix this?
 * P.S. The page is password protected using the simple password “andrea”

 * Are you able to process payments in test mode ?
 * Could you try as a non logged-in user ? (with an email address that doesn’t match
   a user)
 * There is a common issue I need to fix that creates a similar behavior, it comes
   from user having a Stripe ID in one mode then trying to process a transaction
   in the other mode…
 * I’m sorry if you are experiencing this issue.
 * Please turn test mode on if you want me to test the button.

 * Thank you for using Direct Stripe.
 * Did you find what was the issue ?
 * Did you test the button with Stripe API keys ?
    When in happens to hang on processing…,
   do you have logs on the Stripe Dashboard ? At Developers -> Logs
