 * The payment summary on the configure sign up page is not functioning properly.
 * [PLAN_AMOUNT] shows the correct plan amount, but when a coupon is applied the
   amount appears to spin to recalculate and then returns the original plan amount
 * [DISCOUNT_AMOUNT] does not return the discount amount when a coupon is applied
 * [PAYABLE_AMOUNT] returns 0.00 even though there is the correct charge in the 
   plan amount field
 * I have disabled all other plugins and tried various browsers, the problems remain.
   I am using Version 4.0.44

 * Resolved. This was caused by the trial period toggle being activated.
