Occasionally, I will have new customers sign up with multiple subscriptions. I’m guessing they click the submit button multiple times. This can cause them to either have multiple user accounts or multiple subscriptions under the same user. * My issue is whenever this happens I attempt to fix it by deleting the extra customers or subscriptions. The result is typically that I receive the payment token is missing/invalid when renewal is attempted.
