”Payment Verification error. CSRF Verification failed”

Im having this error for a while now, it happens when a user tried to order using a creditcard, they get this error but the payment does get trough. The error is also not on Stripe end, ive contacted them before multiple times and all they tell me is that its a plugin error, im using woocommerce stripe plugin.

Due to the error most customers order again, it causes double orders and i have to manually refund 10+ orders daily because of this. I need to get rid of this bug but i have not got a single idea how. If anyone can help me please help me out?

I’m unable to access the image link you shared. However, I see there’s a GitHub issue related to your issue which was resolved in a previous version of the extension.

Could you please confirm the version of the extension you’re using?

Additionally, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

I hope you can help me, its not cache issue, im using nitropack caching with all the correct settings.. I cant find any solution..

Hi @sametgs70,

Thanks for sharing your System Status Report. I had a look through it and it looks like you are using the latest version of the Stripe plugin (5.1.0).

I suspect there may be another plugin or your theme that is causing the error and double billing.

The best way to determine if you have a conflict is to:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`
