Your theme is Venedor version 1.6.5. The current version of Venedor is 2.0.5. See the changelog. Good themes get updated so they stay compatible with WooCommerce and WordPress. The theme updates contains several bug fixes. I can’t say that one will be for your problem but its a good start.

Updating can bring its own problems so take a backup before starting.

As you are using a commercial theme, ww.wp.xz.cn members do not have access to it, so if you have any more problems like this, ask the vendor’s support service. The cost of support is included in the cost of the theme.

Hello, Thanks for the replies. I have performed the update. The problem is unfortunately still. I have found that the payment method “transfer” works! The payment modes “PayPal” & “Instant Transfer” (German payment provider) still does not work, ie I will now explain the developers of the theme, these problems.

    Hello,

the problem does not seem to be on the theme.
I have to test the theme: twenty fourteen enabled.

The problem still exists. The theme provider replied as follows:
I think this is not venedor theme issue.
It’s WooCommerce plugin or payment system plugin issue.

Does anyone have an approach for me, what could be wrong?

    By Alex

WooCommerce doesn’t behave like this normally. There must be a conflict somewhere with something else in your setup.

Please can you use TwentyFourteen while debugging. It looks like you have several plugins. The next debug step is to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. If the problem is resolved, reactivate the plugins one-by-one to try to identify which one is causing the conflict.

I have had a look on your checkout page. The console (Chrome: control-shift-j) is showing lots of errors, mainly about insecure content. I am not able to say if one of these errors is causing the main problem, but its worrying to see these in view of the main problem. Perhaps you could look through and see if you can resolve them.

    Hi, Thanks for the reply.
I will do everything just as you said.
But I have an idea what the error might be.
My colleague had told me that he had a row is deleted in .php.
Quilted “Check ‘-> pay” was under the logo of the payment provider such as PayPal again separately in writing PayPal. This line <h4 id="payment_method"> here .php was deleted </h4> he has cleared. But he has not backed this modified .php.

Can someone tell me in what is .php this line to me?

I have all the plugin’s turned off and the theme Twenty Fourteen used. All the same. It is not issued any payment method. I’m strongly believe that the problem of there as described previously. “Deleted .php line”

There are many .php files. From what you say, it sounds like one of them has been changed, and that you don’t know for sure which one, or in what way exactly.

If you do know exactly which file was changed, it can be replaced from the unzipped downloaded .zip file.

Otherwise, the way forward is to reinstall the software from fresh downloads. Make sure you take a copy of your content first.

When rebuilding, start with the simplest setup first: WordPress, TwentyFourteen and WooCommerce. Make sure that works before adding your theme and other and plugins one-by-one.

If you want to change something about the way your site works, the way to do it is to make a child theme and put your modifications in there. Don’t change the core files. This means you can update the core files when updates are issued, and that you have a fallback if your child theme changes fail.
