Hey @ahunting – do you have a link to your site so we can see the issue first hand? Typically when we see this it’s caused by some errant HTML or other markup conflicting with the donation form. For instance, if you’re using a page builder it can cause the donation form to be wrapped within a paragraph tag or another tag. This causes issues with PayPal’s redirect and other issues as well. I suggest thoroughly reviewing how it’s embedded on the page to see if that’s the cause. Also check the single donation form view to see if that’s working properly. If it is, then it’s most likely the errant markup causing the issue.
I have suddenly developed the same problem. Our “Join/Renew” Paypal button worked fine for years. Then, in the past few weeks I got emails saying it wasn’t working anymore. I completely redid the button code with no change. If you click on the button, nothing happens.
If anyone has a solution to this, I would be grateful. Thx.
