Paypal donation error – email

    Users get the following error message when trying to use seamless donation
    “We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the “Ask Seller a Question” link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at http://www.paypal.com.”

    I am using version 4.0.3 of Seamless donation
    theme – New Media
    wordpress version 4.2.2

    The last donation that was sucesfully processed was on 7/16/2015.
    I have not changed paypal settings since this payment was processed.

    Have you checked to see if there is, in fact, an email problem? That’s not an error the plugin generates and I’ve not seen anyone else report it before. I’d advice checking in with PayPal or just going into PayPal itself and trying to do a payment with that email address.
