    I have just processed a successful payment 2 days ago but right now, I got an order listed as successful by Woocommerce (as it is listed as Processing in my Woocommerce order page) but without the payment reflected in my PayPal business account. I have tried a test order using my personal PayPal account to check, the process was okay – plugin redirects to PayPal page, I was able to click Pay and then redirected back to the Thank You page of the website – BUT no payment was processed. There was no money deducted in my Personal account and no money added in the business account. My PayPal business account is in good standing without any issues so I am not sure why this is happening.

    Hi @varrie29,

    We have checked the workflow in our testing environments with PayPal sandbox credentials and it works correctly.

    Please share your site details via the support forum so that we can check it accordingly.
