PayPal+ not working

Hello,
We are rebuilding a website with WP. We installed WooCommerce that has integrate PayPal (unfortunately not possible to use because it does not support our local currency). So here we are to choose PayPal Plus as a solution for our Card-payments.We’ve sent an email to the “help-logginappreview” as requested on the developers-section of Paypal to ask for approval of the review. We received only the delivery report that has been opened by some person more than a week ago; yet no answer – yesterday we sent a reminder and asked for a due-date for their answer – and the delivery report said the message was deleted without being opened!
So here we are asking for some help or advise on how to proceed:
When you place an order without login – there are no option:

When logged-in, it is saying the app is not working!
