PC Builder / System Configuration / Advanced Forms

I have been looking for a good form solution to setup a request for quote for custom systems on my company’s website.

A PC Builder would work great, but I don’t seem to see any of those offered as plugins.

The next best thing would be a Form Builder that would allow me to save individual fields to call in multiple forms. Ideally the plug-in would allow me to use drop down select boxes but wouldn’t require me to input them one at a time (Contact Form 7 works like this but doesn’t save individual fields as far as I can tell).

There are so many form plug-ins out there I figured I would put this out to the community to see if I can get some direction.
