 * There is no print function built into the plugin. The user must use the browser’s
   print function to print the page. It is possible to construct a [button that will trigger the browser print function.](https://css-tricks.com/quick-tip-making-a-print-this-page-button/)
 * The plugin provides a “Print CSS” setting so you can create a special page format
   for printing.
